Insurance & Credit Cards

We accept most major credit cards.

We regularly work with all major dental PPO plans as an “out-of-network” provider. This means we do all the work of submitting your insurance claims but some insurance companies prefer to send the patient the check directly for “out-of-network” providers. It just depends on your insurance company. We are happy to help you figure out your specific insurance benefits and answer any questions. Just call or text us to find out more.

Affordable Payment Plans

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive the best dental care when you need it. We have several payment plan options available including CareCredit. Please reach out to us for more information about your specific situation so we can find the best option for you.

We accept CareCredit for deferred interest and low interest payment plans.

Feather Dental Savings Plan

The Feather Dental Savings Plan is our in-house membership package that provides you and your family with an affordable alternative to dental insurance. No maximums. No waiting periods. No deductibles. Plus, you’ll get discounts on all other treatments needed for your mouth to get back into tip-top shape. We offer four membership packages depending on the type and frequency of cleanings that are best for you. The most popular package is the Adult Prophy Package and its details are listed below:

Adult Prophy Package - $465

All x-rays – 100%

2 cleanings per year – 100%

All exam types – 100%

Fluoride (no age limit) – 100%

Sealants & Desensitizers – 50%

All other procedures – 10%

The Fine Print

• Dental Savings Plan discounts cannot be combined with insurance, discount plans, or other special offers.

• Annual membership dues must be paid in full to initiate benefits.

• Membership benefits will expire at the one year mark; we will notify you the month before your plan expires with the information for renewal.

• You may cancel at any time, however, any unused portion of the annual plan is non-refundable.

• This is not an insurance program and Jessica Smith DDS is not an underwriter of any health services.

• Membership benefits may only be used at Jessica Smith DDS Inc. and are not transferable to any other office.
